Vaginal dryness

 Vaginal and vulva dryness is frequent problem for women young or not.

Often the origin is the menopause period and medical treatments like: antidepressants, neuroleptic, isatretinoin..

The decrease of estrogen secretion is the first cause during menopause, the vaginal mucosa become dry, thinner and we can see atrophy of glandular cells.

The skin loses elasticity and modification of collagen fibres create skin dryness, modification of labia majora and labia minora.
